SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Shipping within Australia will take approximately 3 – 5 working days. For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post.
For orders over $100AUD shipping is free. Orders under $100AUD will incur a flat rate of $10AUD.

HeadUp Labs Pty Ltd ships to most destinations around the world using Australia Post Express Courier International trackable service. Please note we do not deliver to international PO BOX addresses.

CUSTOMS AND DUTY
Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes you can! On the day that your order is shipped we will send you an email confirming its despatch which will include a tracking link so that you can follow your order’s journey right from the moment it leaves us and arrives to you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
For domestic delivery, you should receive your order within 3 -5 working days. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.
For International delivery, you should receive your order within 10 working days. We note that delivery times may vary depending on your local customs office. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company using the reference number supplied to you. A signature will be required on delivery, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. If no one is available to sign for the goods the parcel will be delivered to your local post office for pick up. If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please be sure to indicate these when required on the delivery details page as you are checking out.
To avoid delaying your order and any disappointment we may fulfill your order from multiple locations. In this instance your purchase would be split into multiple orders and delivered to you separately. You will receive an email notification with any new order details including your tracking information. In the event of a split purchase please be assured that you will not incur any additional shipping charges.
